If you’re at your wit’s end about what to serve for Christmas this year, Tess from @littledarkghost has got some Vegan Christmas Dinner Inspiration for you. She’s come up with a Christmas Dinner of no less than seven(!) courses, and there’s something there for everyone’s taste. So without further ado, let’s cook up a snowstorm in the kitchen!
Hello, and how lovely it is that you found your way to this guest blog post of mine! My name is Tess, and I love cooking and creating lovely meals. So when dear Lisa asked me if I wanted to share my menu and why I am planning on making it, of course I agreed to share the menu and holiday cheer!
First and foremost, as I stated before, I love cooking. I like to do a little extra when cooking for people, especially during the holidays. It’s the time to come together and celebrate, and what better way to celebrate than with delicious food? I try to experiment more and more with making dishes vegan, since for one I can’t eat meat and secondly the environment could use our help.
This year I’ve got a guest coming over who’s a vegetarian. I was toying with the idea to create a vegan multiple course menu for a while now, and this Christmas seemed like the perfect time to do it!
Here’s a little sneak peek of what I’m serving this Christmas, and I hope you feel inspired by it. Stay tuned for the recipes including pictures, but for now read along for the courses and what ingredients* you would need if you want to give it a try!
